How Orchestrated Onboarding Works

Orchestrated Onboarding works as the connected intake and review model inside FINX Comply.

It helps institutions move a person or business through registration, identity-related review, document handling, KYB support where applicable, agreement steps, and workflow decisions in a structured sequence.


How it works at a high level

  • An onboarding record is started through invitation, registration link, or direct workflow entry.
  • Required data and supporting documents are collected.
  • Identity, business verification, screening, or related checks are applied according to the configured model.
  • Revision, approval, agreement, or follow-up paths are used where needed.
  • The record progresses toward completion, rejection, or another workflow outcome.
