Revision Request Workflow

The Revision Request Workflow is used when submitted onboarding information needs correction or resubmission before the record can move forward.

It helps users request targeted corrections without forcing a full rejection of the onboarding record.


How it works at a high level

  • The onboarding reviewer identifies missing, incorrect, or incomplete content.
  • A revision request is applied to the registration record.
  • The submitter is expected to correct or update the required information.
  • The record returns to review after the revision response is received.
